This is not the first time I've used Elite, but just as on the first occasion, Adam was a pleasure to deal with. Super speedy to respond to my initial WhatsApp, price and ETA arranged an hour or so, and booked in ASAP at time convenient for me. For the sake of my bank balance, I hope not to have to need more new tyres any time soon, but if I do, I know Elite are only ever a message/call away.
Very professional and friendly service. The team came out and removed a seized wheel bolt for from my car. Extremely quick service with all the specialist tools for the job. Brilliant job, would highly recommend.
Very easy to book online and had the exact tyres I needed. Next day service was fantastic, great communication from Adam throughout and advised on access needs for the vans. Excellent service! Had a flat on Tuesday night and was able to book an appointment for Thursday morning. Great communication from Adam, both arranging the time and letting me know when he was arriving. Tyre replaced quickly (Adam did look at repairing it, but hole was too near the edge), all tyres pumped up to the right pressure. Adam stayed until the new pressures registered on the car screen. Hit an awful pot hot resulting in blown tyre on a bitter rainy night, promptly dealt with by Adam even managed to get a temporary repair on damaged alloy wheel to be able to get the car home. Fantastic service and reasonably priced 👍
I needed a car tyre replacing quickly so I went straight online to Elite Mobile Servicing as I had used them before to fit a new car battery and received excellent service. Adam was an absolute saviour, whilst others were looking at 5 or 6 days for repair and required payment prior to doing the job, Adam managed to fit me in at short notice, sourced my tyre and fitted it first call the following morning. Very Satisfied I was supposed to have my tyre replaced Tomorrow (23/06/2021) however I was contacted by Adam letting me know he had an earlier slot. This was great news as I use my car for Business so being off the road is less than ideal. Adam arrived promptly and was very professional the entyre (sorry) time. Very friendly and knowledgeable, even better than that was everything was done in a timely manner, the whole process took at most 35/40 minutes which is simply superb. Adam was round in 5 mins, completed the work quickly, smartly and worked tidy then advised the job took him less time than he thought and cut the cost of the job! Very impressed! Highly recommended!
