My wife booked her Fiesta for all 4 tyres to be changed whilst she was at work. Great communication from Adam & Nathan so I knew exactly when to expect them, Nathan found some of the TPMS sensors had been damaged during previous tyre fitting and made sure to show me in person and inform me that they made need changing , but didn't push for it unnecessarily. All round good service and communication, would recommend.

Dealt with Adam and Simon today, received great service from both. Had a flat tyre this morning, called them at 9am and the new tyre was sorted by 11.30am. Can’t fault them at all.
My partner found the details for Elite Mobile servicing online. We booked for my tyre to be done, a lovely lad called Nathan turned up. He was great, really friendly! Adam was great the whole time too, updating me with what was going on. The whole thing was done in about 30 mins (I think) and I had a lovely new tyre on!
I can highly recommend Elite Mobile Servicing Ltd. They offered a fast and efficient tyre change after a bulge appeared in the side wall of one of my tyres after I foolishly nipped the tyre against a kerbstone on Christmas Eve. Couldn’t have been worse timing. Elite responded early Christmas morning (just after 07.00hrs in fact) confirming they could obtain the tyre I needed and quoted me the price. IMPORTANTLY, they managed my expectations of delivery over this holiday period which included two bank holiday days and a Sunday and arrived, as stated, mid-morning on Monday the 29th Dec. The tyre was swapped out in no time and I’m fully mobile again. Adam kept me fully updated throughout the whole process and provided a level of service that is sadly missing from so many businesses these days. 1st class customer service from Adam & his technician @ Elite.
