My partner found the details for Elite Mobile servicing online. We booked for my tyre to be done, a lovely lad called Nathan turned up. He was great, really friendly! Adam was great the whole time too, updating me with what was going on. The whole thing was done in about 30 mins (I think) and I had a lovely new tyre on!
I can highly recommend Elite Mobile Servicing Ltd. They offered a fast and efficient tyre change after a bulge appeared in the side wall of one of my tyres after I foolishly nipped the tyre against a kerbstone on Christmas Eve. Couldn’t have been worse timing. Elite responded early Christmas morning (just after 07.00hrs in fact) confirming they could obtain the tyre I needed and quoted me the price. IMPORTANTLY, they managed my expectations of delivery over this holiday period which included two bank holiday days and a Sunday and arrived, as stated, mid-morning on Monday the 29th Dec. The tyre was swapped out in no time and I’m fully mobile again. Adam kept me fully updated throughout the whole process and provided a level of service that is sadly missing from so many businesses these days. 1st class customer service from Adam & his technician @ Elite. Woke up on Sunday morning with a completely flat tyre. After searching around for mobile tyre companies I contacted Elite Mobile Servicing on Sunday evening. I got a response straight away and they sent someone the next morning. Unfortunately the tyre was unrepairable so I booked a new tyre and they came first thing the next day. Excellent communications and service. Worked around my availability, and I would definitely recommend.
