Had a flat tyre and ordered a replacement through my leasing company. Unfortunately, they ordered the wrong tyre, but Adam was experienced enough to spot the issue and managed to get the correct tyre for me. Very good communication and he also arrived earlier than the appointment time and had the tyre replaced in around 20 minutes, despite it being a very rainy day. Great service from Adam — would definitely recommend!
Terrific, friendly, customer-focussed service. Adam was super-fast, not just in ordering the tyres I needed replacing, but also to come out and fit them. Great communications throughout and reasonably priced, he did a great job, including processing my order on a Sunday so he had the correct tyres and could fit them early Monday. Very impressed, highly recommended, I will definitely use him again!
I’ve been having issues with TPMS sensors on my car after new ones were supposedly fitted a couple of months ago. I managed to find Adam on a TPMS fb group and he has found the problem almost straight away and fitted and reprogrammed new TPMS which are now all working as they should. I was worried about my wheels as I’d just had them refurbished but he took great care of them and not a scratch! Very much appreciated and great to find a true expert, obviously recommended.
